Enginemates Heat Transfer Pvt. Ltd. was started way back in 1983, with an aim of providing clients with ultimate heat transferring solutions. Under the kind guidance of
Mr. K.A Menon, CEO of the Company, we have grown tremendously and scaled new horizons of success. We have been actively engaged in the manufacturing, supplying and exporting of a comprehensive line of Aluminium Brazed Coolers, Aluminium Radiators, Oil coolers, Copper Brass Radiators and Air Fin Coolers.

Infrastructure
We possess a state-of-art infrastructure spread across a wide area of 3500 Sq. Met and Open Area of more than 10 Acres for further expansion. Our Aluinium Brazed cooler plant is located in Pondicherry. This manufacturing unit is well equipped with hi-tech machines and advanced technologies. We use the following machinery for manufacturing our products :
- Nocolock CAB furnace.
- Fin machines .
- Special welding machines.
- CNC header plate punching machine .
- Core assembly jigs.
- Thermal degreaser .
- Tube cutting machine .
- 100 ton CNC press brake.
- 3mtr bed NC shearing machine.
- Ring making machine.
Presently we have a capacity of producing 100,000/units per year of oil coolers, radiators, fuel coolers etc.
Quality Assurance
Quality forms the foundation of our company; therefore, we ensure production of optimum quality products only. All our products are manufactured using high grade raw materials Aluminium Fins ,Tubes and Sheets. After production, the products are duly pressure tested.
To maintain the reliability and durability of the aluminium coolers is paramount from maintaining long term relationship with customers. We have installed the following modern and state of the art testing machines which assist us in checking our products for reliability and gives us the confidence that we are giving our customers are getting a superior product.
- 3 Axis Vibration Table.
- Pressure Impulse test for radiator and oil cooler.
- Heat balance test for radiator and oil cooler.
Research and Development Unit
We also possess a high-tech R&D; unit that helps us in bringing out new and innovative inventions in this respective domain. We have a heat transfer and wind tunnel facility to develop heat transfer characteristic of various finned tube and fin configrations.
